Who knows. All I know is that people would still defend him if he did. Over the last few weeks we’ve seen people defend muse bixi for killing civilians. All because they share the same qabil lol. No. This isn’t going to happen but we should definitely have back alley channels given they’re very sophisticated anti-terror network and technology. UAE’s military and intelligence has deep ties with Israel so it’s inevitable we have to develop a relation

How does anyone think however that HSM will recognise Israel while he’s setting up a Council of Islamic scholars and a grand mufti of Somalia. This would be the first thing they condemn and he’d lose support among the grassroots similar to how Farmaajo lost support after he and Kheyre called ONLF and Qalbidhagax terrorists

He should get their farming and irrigation tech, Somalis can use that to stop famines and become self sufficient in food.

gotta give credit, where credits due. Israelis are very industrious, their drip irrigation technology is amazing. i have plans to turn sanaag green in the future, using a series of canals and pumps.

God damned this short vision excuses manufacturing situation of yours. There are many ways to avoid being entangled in this problem, but I guess that, this has nothing to do with " oH emarat oWns bla bla" but how much the politicians will get paid by UAE to do this. Israel has nothing to gain from this, except their politicians getting political capital for getting a new state who has being very hostile to the apartheid state recognizing Israel.
You see, almost all arab state who newly reognized Israel, did this in BiBi term.
Yup, neither Israel nor Somalia really benefit from this, only the UAE. The UAE and Gulf states benefit from Israel through commercial and capital trade but they are also trying to get Israel integrated in the ME since Europe is on the decline. They also will get weapons and technology from Israel if they can get arab/muslim states to recognize Israel as a state.
Somalia as of 2023 is not Sovereign, it is in the hands of the UAE, every inch of the country. If it was a sovereign nation we would have some leverage here.

Drip irritation is free for anyone to use . So is canals and so is desalination. Somalis ain’t using those things because somalia is broke. Is not like isreal will be spending billions on Somalia. If we are going to have diplomatic relations with a Muslim oppressor I rather it be China. Their work is evident across Africa
