EAC is a custom union and soon single market (free movement of labour, capital goods etc and a single currency)

EAF is the ultimate vision but most of the countries in it will be against it anyway. No need to worry!

Also this is very good for Somalia, we’ll have a superior court solving our federal disputes will force us to harmonise trade, currency etc from Kismayo to Hargeysa. And those that still refuse to will be left behind

That ICJ case has nothing to do with him. It was HSM who did most of the work. Farmaajo was accused by the lawyers who were doing the leg work HSM brought in from abroad of sabotaging it.

No, EAC is a trading bloc who will not have any jurisdiction on such a matter. And if the gov't still allows this to happen, they need to be tried for treason for giving up on its supremacy of sovereignty issues. In practice, it can just be disregarded by the FMS for being unconstitutional without the permission of the public, i.e. referendum.
