Yeah and it takes a lot of smart moves to work your way up to a level where you're not getting fleeced. In our case it's harder since the access to oil is just coming about while the world is ramping its usage down. Oil will always be on the market but we happen to have the bad luck of being ready in the 80s only to fall apart and just now get back into it.

Corruption is bound to happen but the aim of the game is not to outright stop it but to minimize its damages. The somali government needs to make staying loyal worthwhile to elites and cracked down brutally on anyone who steps out of line. I really want to see the percentages of where the revenue is going, we need transparency in all of this.
