I had 1 sambuusa, soup, fruit salad and koob shaah. And I made some lemon/cucumber water.
And yes I made the food for the family but I'm not trying to gain weight during Ramadan hence why I'm not eating as much.
I once had baasto for iftar, I vomited like i had boulimia and anorexia. Fasting changes the whole equation.
