A few of my close friends called each other Adoons and we quickly realized how stupid is to keep saying “My Nigga”.

Here’s an excersise.

Text someone you know and say “What’s yo my Adoon?”

“How your day Adoon?

“Where are you going my Adoon?

“Sorry My Adoon I missed your call”

“My Adoon, shall we grab lunch”?

“Are all the Adoons coming with us tonight?”

“I need change the diapers of my little Adoon Ttylr”.

“Make it a double double my Adoon”


Words are powerful when translated into another language. What you might consider being custom can be downs right distasteful in other language”.

I stopped saying “My Nigga” a few years aback.

It sneaks out accidentally when I have to hang out with Adoons who use the word every 3 minutes.

I have replaced the word with Fellows , though I do resort to writing " knee grows" -in reference to the gang-banging , surwaal xaar , smelly socks , cigarette breathe chaps .
