How to overcome the Jeegaan threat

The recent actions of Muse Bihi have highlighted the existential threat the Jeegaan pose to the stability and existence of Somalia as a state. To overcome and permanently neutralise this threat, I advise the following:

1. Recognise SSC as a full state

2. Integrate SSC forces into the SNA (under local SSC commanders of course) and equip them with heavy weaponry. Set up a defensive line with fortified bases where current SSC forces are based

3. Extend an olive branch to discontented Garxajis forces within the current Jeegaan establishment. Enlist, equip, and train Garxajis militia in SNA bases in SSC federal state. With the promise that Garxajis will get their own Federal state and funding from Xamar. This militia will essentially destroy the Jeegaan state from within. Habar Jeclo are likely to be used as cannon fodder. With Garxajis attacking from one front, and SNA from SSC from another, Habar Jeclo will soon be overwhelmed and will lay down arms

4. Extend an olive branch to Habar Jeclo. The aim is not to massacre or displace Habar Jeclo, the aim is to separate the Jeegaan alliance. A militarily defeated Habar Jeclo will be more than happy to agree to a peace deal. Have them share a state with Garxajis (interim state)

5. Recognise an interim Awdal State. With the chaos caused by a Garxajis militia, use said militia to smuggle weapons to Awdal and start a low level rebellion in the Awdal mountains. Fighting on multiple front will decimate the Jeegaan economy and whittle their military strength (even with the help of Ethiopia and Jabuti).

6. Once Habar Jeclo capitulate, have Garxajis militia move into Awdal to secure a land corridor for Awdal that is free from Jeegaan (cut the Berbera-Hargeisa highway).

7. With the Jeegaan defeated, recognise Awdal as a full federal state with Hargeisa included. Make Berbera a federally controlled territory with a governor appointed by Xamar. Rest of Jeegaan land goes under the Garxajis state with Habar Jeclo VP

Firstly no one invited Ethiopia, we both know they came as part of the amisom peacekeeping forces and once Somalia is strong enough and capable to take over the security operations against Al shabab they'll be sent home, secondly Ethiopia has no chance of occupying or acquiring the Somali coast legally as part of a UN mandated peacekeeping force, so it's not comparable to sign a whole coast off to them and make them a navy nation.. Every somali big, small, male or female we all know Ethiopia is our number one enemy and their biggest desire is to subjugate and rule over us..
