I think diet helps, especially milk and high protein during early teens.

All my siblings are taller than our parents. I think there's some hormonal shit in Western food.

Nah, it's definitely the opposite. Especially for those born and raised in the West. They are definitely slightly taller.

Eat a high protein diet and exercise aerobically but do NOT lift weights until you are 19+
