@XamarCade You can use the assisted pull up machine, if the conventional pull up is too difficult for you

I read a study in a highly prestigious psychology journal that women prefer chubby, slightly overweight men because they don't have to worry about competition. Very peculiar and odd reasoning. :hmm:

Yh, I don't doubt there are women who are into that- "dad bods", I believe they're called. Some women are into it because they want to be the 'better looking partner' (attention seeking), some bc they fear their partner will cheat/attract multiple other girls (insecurity), some for 'comfort' reasons (daddy issues), and other just bc that's simply what they're attracted to.

None apply to me though. I don't like V shapes or chubby men; lean/proportional, is the way.

I noticed that somali women or horn african women in general prefer lean, nonmuscular men because horn african men are lean and skinny. on the other hand, european and bantu/west african women are into muscular men with V shapes because most of their men e arshaped like that. same as sub-suharan african men like girls with big futo.

hmm, that could be part of it. Bigger guys also tend to be a bit too intimidating for me. The thing about the V shape tho-- is that, in addition to an unnecessary hyperfocus on the upper body, the legs are sadly forgotten (balance* is best, imo). As for liking what's familiar (EA men), I don't find the skinny/lanky body type to be very appealing either...maybe I'm just too picky.

Nothing is better than being slim and tall, it never goes out of fashion.

Muscles is just a coping mechanism for short dudes or to attract other homosexuals.
