How to Defeat Madoobe

I have to concede to Madoobe. He has been in power since JL founding in 2013. 2013 till 2019 is quite a long stretch of time. The man has won twice re-election and that's not including his first election victory. He defeated HSM interference in the last election and he defeated Farmaajo interference in this election. You know what makes him brilliant though? It's not cause anyone likes him in JL. In-fact Hartis would like to see him GONE.

What makes him brilliant is he presents himself as a 'martyr' for 'darodnimo' and he sells the message that big bad centralist muqdisho govt is 'AFTER' him constantly and is at war with Federalism. If the B00ns in Mogadishu just didn't interfere, wallahi JL would've gotten rid of Madoobe. But everytime we see Muqdisho interfere, we assume they want to destroy federalism, so we re-elect Madoobe.

The best thing Muqdisho can do in the Kismaayo situation in the future is remain complete hands-off and play another side of politics. Let Jubbalanders say to Madoobe, you got no excuse of centralist govt picking on you anymore, wallahi he won't survive a day. These god damn Muqdisho govt is always making us KAB IYO LAX unite. Muqdisho govt must realize when-ever the KAB IYO LAX see you, they will unite and back Madoobe for another re-election. Kab iyo Lax will divide and go it's own way once Muqdisho has no interference.

Kinda similar to PL, wallahi if Muqdisho started a war on Abdiweli Gaas and started to go all over the world to reject him and blockade him and send in candidates to 'declare' second presidencies. PL would've re-elected gaas again on the grounds the centralist are trying to destroy us not because they love Gaas.

To destroy Madoobe is to deal with him in the same manner as PL. Just don't interfere whatsoever. JL was founded exactly the same way the PL govt was. Bottom up. They spent 2009 till 2013 I think it was doing reconciliation, constitution building, political power arrangement, convening elders and constantly running it past them. This is a proper state wallahi, it followed all the required steps and today there is no doubt it is second strongest state in Somalia. The state structure is so strong no-one can 'over ride' from the INSIDE or OUTSIDE. Why? because it was built bottom up. It wasn't built from Mogadishu like South west, Galmudug, Hirshabelle.

To defeat Madoobe won't be plucking out one or two elders, or one or two MP'S. Just like that won't work in PL. You need to convene every single elder of PL or JL to hold a conference that the state no longer represents the will of the people. Then it has to go to Parliament and they have to motion the president with all mp's voting 60% or more inside to get rid of the president. The other thing people don't know is, before it even goes to parliament they need 'constitutional justification' from the constitution to hold a motion of confidence vote on the president. They need to prove the president violated an article of the constitution and disagreeing with Farmajo isn't a violation of the constitution.

So these silly Marehan who think they can use the same games in PL/JL the same way they operate in South West, GM, HS shows you how they lack knowledge of the nation and why they are elected president when he has no clear understanding of the nation is beyond me.

Plus PL/JL still haven't built it but they supposed to have 'constitutional court' also as another check n balance to ensure all matters in the presidency, parliament, and courts are working within constitutional structures, I urge PL/JL they really need to build this quickly and not ignore this key function. It provides another layer of check n balance to hold of any interference inside or externally.

PL/JL are fine examples of how state structures are built wallahi and they're relative stability isn't a miracle, it's due to careful planning and ensuring the will of the people.

Farmajo wants this man in power. There is no way you will copy what Hassan Sheikh did and failed. There is no way you blockade Madoobe at the airport of Mogadishu, then call few rogue MPS and Elders to hold press conferences denouncing madoobe. There is no way you will send in Xidig to hold a second election side by side. Why would Farmajo do this knowing it will strengthen kab iyo lax unity unless that is the objective of Farmajo to streghten kab iyo lax and ensure all MP'S vote for Madoobe. Sxb the thing we hate more then MADOOBE is YOU. The more you stay out, the more JL can select new presidents.

But the second u step in, just means another 5 years of Madoobe. I guess that must of been your goal. How can anyone not see this in Muqdisho? If there is one thing we refuse in PL/JL it's centralism. We prefer the WORST LEADER imaginable before Centralism and going under Muqdisho. Infact it will destroy our constitution and relative stability if we head towards centralism. No-one is going to do this, your a fuckin dreamer wallahi.
