This is all u need to do in Somalia, if your a 'fake' leader who has no 'real' agenda and just want the presidency for personal or tribal gain.

Go to Hargeisa and 'promise them' recognition and dhulbahante is joining SL (ali khalif galayr style). Thru this ask SL to 'bank roll' who 'ali khalif' supports in 'mogadishu' you know one of his 'boys' so he can 'call him up' during the day and say 'this and that baan uu bahan ahay' loooooooooool. What the reason for this? Well Ali Khalif obviously can't come to PL politics since we know his 'history' and what he did in 2001 financing 'wars' in PL on behalf of 'abdiqasim salat' who is 'cayr' the same clan who creates all burbur projects like 'alitihaad' in 93 which they replicated in 2007 as al-shabab in the south. Plus there is no way he will go HAMAR as he is remembered for 'looting' mareeray sugar plant, so he isn't in the good books of any halal somali clan besides HARAM CLANS LIKE HG IYO ISAAQ. Isaaq can't be halal if they welcome such 'filth' it indicates they combining 'haram' lol.

The real flavor of politics in Somalia is this. In PL/JL/GM/HAMAR/SOUTH WEST. Just do a dhagax dhigis and photo op and leave it there for months till people forget. In the SFG just get 'photo op' inside or outside Somalia with foreign nations to 'promise this and that'. Sometimes 'up the level' and hire 'trucks' at the 'site' of the project but after a few months create some 'controversy' and 'argument' so they have to leave again. They were never investing to begin with but they were expanding the 'igu sawir' to look more real to people.

In SL just sell them 'recognition' card regardless what clan you are so they vote for you, get isaaqs in london to 'call' MP's in london for a discussion, I can even do this with my local mp, but it's so pathetic and shows 'dad jabay'. But it works for ISAAQ as the IQ is shockingly LOW as this has been used on them for 30 years and they believe every second of it and every igu sawir or mp in london that speaks for them. No knowing how easy it is to secure MPS as all constituents have access to their MP.

@Lordilord your IQ level ayaa laga hadlaya, you wait for recognition for 30 years and u still support it when you don't question it, hence the IQ level is low. We can give u presidency, make hargeisa and give u all the power in Somalia but ppl will still call uu minority and 'say anaga ka tanasulay sida african americanka' wallahi if u dont earn something, you will never feel proud owning it. Don't you think that's a problem? why you sitting in the sideline cheering such things? Maybe u should be questioning 'exact' time table for this from beginning to end, not just the 'intention' which is what a 'dhagax dhigis' is. It's not project sxb, as project have 'deliverables and time-table' which you will never see in Somalia, why cause it's an IGU SAWIR or something the siyasi in PL uses to buy a 'clan district' elder with in the region, even though it will never be done.

I would 'ban' dhagax dhigis in our generation 20-30 years when we line up, it will be one of my key promises to the people, 'dhib dambe dhagax dhigis iguma arkaysid, wax la furo mooye' sida farmajo came in and said dhib dambe raisal wasaare la badelo ma arkaysan. Once it's a failed 'policy', by repeating it indicates maba haysatid qorshe siyasadeed, u there for something else then be it personal tribal, or watever. Besides in 20-30 years it will be out generation and agreed on the scientific method which means 'public has to observe ama wax la taban karo' noqda wax kasta which is the framework we all agreed on to continue the nation.
