so the dowlad has already said that within the next 3 months a new maamul will be created, this maamul from day one will control close to 45 percent of jubbaland.

the new maamul will control the biggest and most important cities in jubbaland outside of kismaayo. the plan then is to move to middle jubba and lower jubba capture the towns such has saakow, afmadow and buaale. contrarily to what people say in somalispot, N&N has the backing of the majority of the MP's otherwise there would already be a mooshin to overthrow N&N.

on the article it clearly states villages around jamaame and not jamaame itself it also says SNA soldiers.
