Rest of them are harmless.

Miskeen dogs that are starving in the streets. They need to be trained as police dogs.

There wasn’t many sniffer dog at Aden Abdulle airport. I personally only saw one but I would hope that they have more than one.

Outside the Western world, dogs are much less common.. you hardly see them in Africa, the Middle East.. and even in East Asia dog culture is uncommon (LMAO, they eat them).

The ones in Hargeisa chase after people. They’re not starving and are probably being fed left overs by restaurants.
