Though I heard people finding them in their homes, I only saw them near a creek or while camping and they normally don't attack humans and when they do, they are scared of you and it is only a little nip without releasing their venom and afterwards, they flee. Once, this crazy guy brought one to Uni inside a jar.

Sxb, what you mostly hear are myths and it created the legend of Australia as a dangerous place. The only predators that attack people here are crocodiles and sharks and it mostly happens in tropical regions and it is very rare. Never heard people here killed by snakes or spiders. Do you remember the Aussie guy Steve Irwin, the crocodile man? He was killed by a stingray and not crocodiles. You can swim with stingrays and not attack you. He was just unlucky to piss them off.
I know Australia also has the biggest crocodile in the world, the saltwater crocodile. Does this thing live close proximity to your area ? Such as the lakes and rivers on the outskirts of major cities such as Melbourne or Sydney.

A barbed-wire fence has saved a man from a saltwater crocodile who crept up behind him in Darwin.
The man was trimming some trees on his land when the crocodile, estimated to be more than five metres long, came up behind him.
The crocodile’s jaws were bloodied after apparently eating a calf nearby.
Crocodile expert Professor Graeme Webb tells Ben Fordham he doesn’t know how the crocodile got there.

Well I'm not Somali but my husband is and he looks every bit of it. He has all the features. Theres no mistaking him for anything else.I look very Somali. Growing up somewhere with few Somalis, I would occasionally get people guessing my ethnicity correctly. I have big eyes, full lips, and a thin nose. But unfortunately my nose is a little hooked like an arab.

Many do (like me). Most Somalis with large eyes are deep-set they don't bulge out like some Habeshis unless they have a thyroid condition.
