I try to cook as much as I can.

it dawned on me that the food I buy at a restaurant is made by someone who is doing it because it is just his/her job. It becomes repetitive and ofc it turns into mass production. No effort, no love and no care.

Rarely, maybe 1-2 times a month. Homemade is often better. And cheaper. Obviously, it is different when one is out travelling.
