Hargeisa is the largest and most expensive city in Somaliland. I'm pretty sure land prices have gone up a lot like Xamar.

Xamar has its issue I don't like it there. Im gone have to see if my awwowa's in Berbera or Burco or Hargeisa can give me a free house. They promised me a couple time they got nice house. I think each has about 4 each
