How much does it cost to rent a 4x4 vehicle in Puntland for 3 weeks?

I was planning to vacation in Kismayo but the recent developments have discouraged me. I have decided to visit Puntland instead for my three weeks of vacation and will be going on a roadtrip from Galkayo passing through beyra, bacadweyne, Gori rit, Roobale, Garoe, Dan gorayo, Qardho, Dhuudo, Banderbeyla, iskhusuban, Xafun, Bargal, Allula and slowly to Bosaso through ufeyn.

And if I have extra time, I will be headed to cerigabo and back to ceel dhab and finally laas canod.
