Get a Somali passport. It costs around 3-4K back home as compared to the west. My aunties use this method. Also its a lottery system now and Somalia is more likely to get in

once i get my money up i plan this too

Literally so easy dw. Call up your cities somali embassy and book an appointment with them. All they do is ask if your somali and then ask for your fathers name and birth certificate. (if u live in the London, UK u should be fine)

Sxb I'm gonna warn you. Travel agencies back home cannot be blindly trusted. There's no government in place that can check certificate or do inspection, my dear aunt got scammed out of Umrah and the horrific stories you hear about ppl getting fake visas, no accomodation, no guide, hotel that is not what you asked for is harrowing. Try to sort it out yourself (like book trip, hotels, find official Arab-English guides and apply visa), or find a trusty and experienced family member or sheikh first that can help you with it hadaad wadanka ka goosanaysid. Best is to just book it yourself or travel agency from where you are without hassle nor worries.

subhanallah Im so sorry for your aunt. I completely forgot, people back home cannot be trusted as nothing is regulated. The money to go on hajj is horrible anywhere outside of Somalia and prices even go up to like 15k which is outrageous. One of my aunts successfully got herself a spot for only 4k this year through a family member back home.

Nowadays not a lot of people can afford hajj and is only for those that Allah blessed with wealth or a stable life that allowed them to save up.
