No not yet. Just started going gym again.

Having a hard time deciding on a good meal plan budget.
 
Something around 50 kilos. Again not a big surprise, being an East Asian & vegetarian and such.
Disgusting and hopeless indulgence in Warhammer & One Piece probably did the trick too.

5ft10 180lbs goal weight 160. Extra mass isn’t good for anything unless you athlete. will cause you issues as you get older with cholesterol, diabetes, and blood pressure

1000% agreed with this. I'm the same height as you and actually started at 180, im at 168ish right now. I'm trying to get to 155lb and maintain around that.

I'm trying to aim for 10% bodyfat when I reach there.

Thankfully I have broad shoulders and big forearms/biceps/triceps so i won't look dyel status LOL

1000% agreed with this. I'm the same height as you and actually started at 180, im at 168ish right now. I'm trying to get to 155lb and maintain around that.

10% that’s 6 pack athlete range hope you get it bro it’s good goal. I use calorie counter and try to do cardio and weights . think for me I will be happy under 16% body fat currently 22%.

No bro. You are putting your health in serious danger. Start tracking weight and calories . With that percentage guessing you consume alot of soda and sugar. Also get blood work and physical to get baseline

being over 15% is the worse honestly. I always felt amazing not only strength wise, but health wise at around 10-15%. It's when I'm over 15% is when I feel like shit. I catch more sicknesses due to it.

Good BMI(20-25), Low bodyfat, Decent/Good diet is key to longevity. Even though BMI isn't the most reliable because it doesn't consider muscle, I do believe since we age and lose muscle(due to sarcopenia), it's becomes more important.
