1000% agreed with this. I'm the same height as you and actually started at 180, im at 168ish right now. I'm trying to get to 155lb and maintain around that.5ft10 180lbs goal weight 160. Extra mass isn’t good for anything unless you athlete. will cause you issues as you get older with cholesterol, diabetes, and blood pressure

being over 15% is the worse honestly. I always felt amazing not only strength wise, but health wise at around 10-15%. It's when I'm over 15% is when I feel like shit.
