have to learn a new languageWhy don't you guys move to Norway or Germany? University is free, good standard of living there.
Aint no way... you live in the hood?$1010, 1 Br, 1 Bath, here in the capital of Texas.
I live in San Jose, Cali. Honestly 2.2k might be below the average cost of rent here, but it’s still pretty expensive
I actually live in a big 1 bedroom flat with big bedroom, even bigger living room and a big balcony and 10 mins walk to center of my town. I got really lucky. 10 years ago I would pay 350 same flat. So prices has gone up a lot. Why you think Scandinavians all moved to Birmingham. It’s dirt cheapYou don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

It's getting more expensive because everyone's moving here, but I guess it's comparable to other large cities like Dallas and Houston? I like it here. We got a small somali and ethio community here too.

Silicon Valley is great, although everything here is extremely expensive. If you don’t have somewhat of a good salary, I would not advise anyone to move hereAah I see why the prices are like that.
How is life in THE Valley?
2.2k for a 1 bedroom sounds about average for San Jose & San Francisco because it’s really expensive in the Bay Area even way more expensive then LA or San Diego, I’ve seen 1 bedrooms go for as high as 5k-6k range in San Jose on the Zillow appif you rent how much do you pay per month? I pay 2.2k for a one bedroom apartment smh. Amenities and utilities are included which is nice.
After a couple of years imma buy a house. I don’t wanna rent for the rest of my life.
Wow! That's a great price for a 2 bedroom in SD.2.2k for a 1 bedroom sounds about average for San Jose & San Francisco because it’s really expensive in the Bay Area even way more expensive then LA or San Diego, I’ve seen 1 bedrooms go for as high as 5k-6k range in San Jose on the Zillow app
a lot of Somalis that use to live in San Jose moved to San Diego because of slightly cheaper rent. Cost of living is 19% cheaper in daygo compared to San Jose.
I live in San Diego & I pay $1,350 excluding utilities for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 800 square feet apartment. My old apartments was $800 for a 1 bedroom 300 square feet although it was in a hood area
It’s rare to find 1 bedroom apartments for under $1000 in the Bay Area now a days.![]()
Lucky brat, what state is that? asking for a friendDamn, I got in with a full ride scholarship so I don’t pay for dorms, I actually get a monthly stipend from my school to attend. Must suck…
