So i've been on a massive collection spree lately and made a vow to no longer lend people money - not even family - not a single penny.

I've had to chase nearly 10 different ppl in the last year, ranging across broke niggas, rich niggas, God fearing niggas, devilish niggas etc they're all the same, they either ghost on you, make excuses (some which are justifiable, most aren't) or keep quiet until you pester them (making me look stingy).

Do they not feel ashamed to owe someone?

The niggas that piss me off the most are the quiet ones, who don't provide no update. One dude literally said to me i had the money but i was waiting for you to ask for it back

Atleast the ones who've ghosted will know better than to look me in the eye. Alxamdulilah my prejudgement of them was sound, i gave them an amount i could afford to lose and won't lose sleep if i don't get it back. If they were smart they wouldn't have ruined their credit history with me for pennies and could have gotten more if they earned my trust.

Look, I don't judge ppl who borrow money, we all have needs. I've borrowed money plenty of times, even stalled on 1 or 2 occasions, but i've never had niggas chase me. Its there before they ask. I will do overtime to pay someone back.

This is why I don't even accept free stuff from people. Because it will come back in the form of "i gave you this, now lend me 2 bills"

Valuable life lesson guys, have no tolerance for ppl who don't meet your standards. If that makes you friendless and lonely then so-fucking-be-it. Nothing beats a clear conscience.

I confided in a trustworthy person who once said some relationships are built on that £££ like a deck of cards. And no matter how many cards you use to make a building, it can come crashing down with 1 swipe. And that swipe is your common sense.
