Went in 2016 and it was a total shithole. Great people but it felt like i was back in time. Just so behind in many areas and forward in other (4g signal every, all digital transactions and so on)

I think the worst part is not having trust in any of it institutions. Zero trust in the police, government, education or anything institution at all. All I trusted was my family back home. Nothing else. That was a an odd experience
