Then, they probably would do what was done in Alaska some years ago: fast with Mecca.There are some countries in the world that fasts for 20 hours if not more. After they eat thay have around three hour window for suhoor.

The bolded part is totally accurate tho. For instance, today we fasted 5 AM to 7.30 PM.
However during summers, it gets very humid which is insufferable. To add on it, the second half of June and even the first half of July; fajr is about 2 AM and maghrib past 10 PM, almost 20.5 h per day of fasting.
