How long can you focus in one sitting?

It kinda depends. so if i am working on a problem whose solution i don't know (homework for example), then probably no more than 10 minutes. But if am working on something i know how to do but just requires focus, i think about 7-8 hours.

About 3-5 hours extreme focus but I can do 12 hours. Im use to it now.

I don't do it anymore but when I used to be in education. 1-2 hours of focus without breaks. 3-5 hours with break but once I read 5 hours my mind taps out.

Before exams I used to do 3 hours with breaks using the pomodoro timer method. Take 1 hour break 3 hours study 2-3 times.

If I had to study right now or really foucs on something. I would struggle to last an hour or even 30 minutes of straight foucs
