How does one join SNA (Somali National Army)

This is a question I've been wondering about for a long time now, how does one hypothetically join the national army in Somalia? And how does the rules apply if you were born in the Diaspora and doesn't have somali passport? Anyone with special insights in this question?

Prove that your parents are Somali and then you'll be a Somali citizen by default. Then I think you just sign yourself up
