How do you guys reckon history would have turned out if somalia Italiana was handed to Ethiopia like Eritrea and SG

Ethiopia with that big of a coast would be pretty strong. Either somalis fight for independence and they obviously win because ethiopians couldn't even handle eritreans and we are double their numbers or we stay and dominate in politics. We are about the same number as amharas so we would deffo call some shots.
It was entirely possible we’re just talking about this scenario and it’s geopolitical implications.
Ethiopia would have most likely stayed out of the communist sphere so east Africa wouldn’t be a Cold War theatre. The Arabs wouldn’t have needed to fund Eritrea as a result. A lot of things would be different. Somalis weren’t armed.
What would Somalilands position be? Would it get annexed aswell? Not sure the British would have allowed that but what if Somaliland started hostilities or tried to arm Somalis would the British green light the annexation. Would Somaliland fall into the soviet sphere. Would amxaaro settle the coast cities. A lot of questions. Would ethiopia have collapsed? Would Somalis be cucked like oromos?

Yhh But it was conquered by the Italians when they conquered the whole horn then it was conquered by the British When the defeated Italy in ww2 then it was handed by the British to ethiopia. Eritrea and the ogaden were owned by the Abyssinian emperor prior to the Europeans arriving, that's why both territories were given back to the emperor. The emperor never held konfur.

No they only got the Harar region, at the help of the Euros supplying them arms. The rest of Galbeed was under the Italians like the South, later all of it came under the British who gave the rest of Galbeed to the Habeshis.
No one is disputing if Europeans held territories in the Ogaden.
The Abyssinians never held territory in what is now the country of Somalia which is why they never received any of those territories when the Europeans left Africa.
