Now I'll start by saying I'm not a genius. I'm doing real well for myself as a logistics manager and the job ain't that complicated to me. However I've noticed that people are out here who can't keep up with multiple variables in the same time. They can't comprehend simple instructions. They can't see or identify what a problem is while scanning their environment. They can't do anything without direct supervision. And if they try to be autonomous, they f*ck shit up.

I guess my question is: how do you cope with stupid people? For real, they really are the scourge of the Earth.
