How do Somalis exist?

I've been really interested in Somali DNA/genetics but I'm a bit lost. Both of my haplogroups are from outside of Somalia (Yemen/Saudi, R0a21 haplogroup and T-L208 haplogroup) and my clan is Dir so we are the OG somalis/longest lineage of Somalis. When did Somalis come into existence? Why is our raw dna admixture 60% east african and 40% arab? (My raw dna showed that as well).

I downloaded my raw dna and looked at my ancient admixture and it said 40% arab and 60% East African, almost all Somalis get this, what are you on?
They clearly don't know how to deal with HOA genetics, since it has not been thoroughly researched yet. DNA testing isn't accurate on us.

I think we somalis all come from different people. I think the ana Arab story actually has some truth to It. Maybe it was ancient somali folklore thats been recreated In 16/17 th century by somali clansman. I actually believe some dirs, some issaqs, some darods actually come from arabs. But we don't all. I think we were different groups that split apart and absorbed new groups and this how we became homogeneous. Just my theory. And for somalis denying there mixedness. You got to drop your pride. Its facts over feelings 💯

Do we not have ancient admixture though? It happened so long ago, that calling us mixed now is ridiculous.
Somalis or let's say all horners are a byproduct of ancient mixing. Not recent. Technically all humans are mixed of some sort. Not just somalis or horners. Indo yare, timo jeleec, cadaan , west african are all mixed sxb. Its just human history

Now that we have access to DNA samples, that clearly isn't true. We don't come from different people.

Dna just shows your autosomal dna. But haplogroups actually show your forefathers for e.g. a black person could carry a Anglo Saxon haplogroups he's european blood could be bread out in a few generations but he's male great grandchildren could have 0 european blood but still carry Anglo saxon haplogroups. Ydna and mitochondria show the first man and woman to the last man and woman

Its like Europeans calling themselves mixed tf. They're a blend of European hunter gatherers, neanderthals and natufians
They are. So are we. Doesn't matter if its ancient. All humans are mixed.

Most Somalis are either T or E1b1b.

Anyways @Shimbiris and our resident anthropologist @Apollo can clear it up for us.

DNA is very complicated thing, it's not black and white but million shades of gray. Brothers like @Apollo and @Libaax-Joore have much more experience on this subject and can explain it more than us. :)

T is middle Eastern haplogroups. It just shows we somalis have different parents but we absorbed eachother to the extent our founding parents blood couldn't be seen

Only Dir apparently and some isaaqs. The majority of isaaqs, Daroods and Hawiye are the same.

Not much difference between us.

Agree we aren't that different. But I actually believe this. Not all somalis but a small fraction

All Horners have this stuff, nothing special. In fact, Somalis have much lower Middle Eastern % than other Horners. Don't overblow it.

It's all over East-Africa. Even Tutsis and Maasai have some MENA admixture through Cushites. Nothing special indeed. Some Sudanese can be modeled as like 70% MENA, lol. It's the story of our region, really. Sudan has been receiving admixture from the north, west and east for millennia. Horners are basically just Neolithic Sudanese people who came down to the Horn, mixed in varying degrees with Horn HGs like Mota then received varying degrees of South Arabian admixture after 1000BCE when Proto-Ethiosemitic came. Modern Sudanese are basically our Neolithic versions + historic period Egyptian, Islamic period Arabian and later West Afro carrying Nilo-Saharan.

Northeast Africa is in many ways to Africa what the Indian subcontinent is to Eurasia. A hotbed of admixture and genetic diversity. You could probably recreate most of humanity with the genetic components found across both regions.
