How do i stop being a fat f*ck

The last girl i was chatting up told me she would only consider lean men.Now im quiet muscly bench 100 kgs ;) , but im not lean.Quiet frankly i am a fat f*ck , any tips?

Make use of saunas, drink tea (without sugar), walk instead of takin the bus or car would be a very good start
 
Do water fast which help you drop a lot of weight quickly. Remember that the closer to leaner you get the more your penis becomes unhidden by the fat(it gets longer). That motivated me and it works.

Eat less bro, try to cut on your calories, and also increase your protein intake, do a lot of cardio

Get into a good habit that will help you stay lean over a longer time.

Gym helps but you need to make time for it and also keep it consistently.

All you really need is to spend more calories than you take in.

If you're an extreme fat f*ck then go to gym and use weight training to lose weight.

If you're just out of shape then make it a habit to run twice a day ... Everyday.

Run after work and in the mornings before you have breakfast.

Nothing to extreme initially but just keep doing it.

After a couple months you could lose a couple pounds easily.

Unlike gym you don't need to make any commitments for it and you'll end up getting addicted to it which is what you want.
