The more you repeat, the higher chance it gets to the right part of the brain. For Science, you do papers and repeat it, until you know it off by heart.

Understand and become Curious. You will want to let it out on the exam. This technique is what drives the successful further.

Usually if you can explain it to someone then you remember it. Biology A level is the hardest for that reason, because you have a lot to memorise. Where as chemistry and physics are maths based and easy to work out in your mind.

Yh, I think this method was used in Rome back then.
So far, it's been super efficient for me.
In order to explain your lesson to someone, you have to have a grasp of what you're saying, fully getting it. I suggest you do that.
