I fell off the deen years ago
I havent prayed or read Quran in a very long time
I didn’t apostate or lack belief I just was too lazy and distracted
Now I want to get back on my deen before Ramadan
I dont even know where to start
How do I stop being lazy
Help

Make duaa that Allah makes it easier for you.
Always, always remember that you can repent from whatever action/sin that you've done. Don't listen to shaydaan when he says you wont be forgiven. Allah is the most merciful, the all-forgiving.

For salah, start slowly: Pray one salah a day and then work your way up to 5x inshallah.

You say you're lazy. Maybe its evil eye or sixir. Get a sheikh to read qur'an over you. And start from the basics of islam, like 5 pillars and why we are Muslim. Learn the basics first and work your way up. Insha'allah, you will get there with time and effort.

Remember that you're alive, so you can repent and become a better person and a better muslim.

I guess you can start by praying 5 times a day.
Read some passages from the Quran for wisdom.
Go to Jumaa once in a while, and talk to some brothers, see what's what.
Connect with the community in regular intervals.
Get your family with it, as it helps out with the motivation.
Speaking of motivations, watch motivational videos from scholars and public figures.

That should help.

Start with trying to attend Jumuah prayer every Friday, and make dua to Allah to set your heart on the deen.

This is my favorite dua and a powerful one to say regularly after prayer:wow:

Insha'Allah your intention will become action.

Like the nike advert: JUST DO IT. Don't delay it, log off, make wudhu and pray 2 rakats, during sujood beg for forgiveness and ask Allah to help you become steadfast in your deen.
