How could this happen on a subway in front of other passengers

They didn't arrest the guy that morning and she didn't even report it. The police had to go find her. People must of thought they a couple or she must of just gave in. Anyway mind ya business and move carriage. Nobody got time for that at 7 in the morning coming back from a night out or going to work on a sunday morning.

He must have noticed she was vulnerable and out of it, they did say that she was going home after a night out.
