How come

Poor people in Somalia don't harass tourists and visitors and follow them around. Is the poverty not as bad as we are told to believe?
Some of the countries in Africa that are considered prosperous literally sucks to visit because of how many people follow you around asking for money. You can't help everyone as much as we would like to so it becomes annoying.
