How come somalis don't have "Chinese confinement" after the mother give birth?

So the baby and all the chores is taken care of by the fam and husband. The mother doesn't touch anything?

By family members, be it on the wife's, or husband's side of the family, with grandparents taking on more active role. It is a good practice for the mother, child, other children too, and family as a whole. Husbands back home [mostly] do not get involved in chores as much, with most families having maids for chores.

Somalia is not a struggle for the middle class! The average middle class family has a much better life than those in the West.
