How come Somalia's economy is not at the level of other African countries?

We have more educated people and more business savvy people. What is the reason for it? Is the IMF and World Bank and UN purposely out to undermine and underreport on our economy in favour of other African nations because we are Somalis?

It's actually not that bad in terms of Africa.

There are a lot of African countries with high levels of poverty and illiteracy than us which is quite amazing tbh.

For example , Burundi which has thousands of soldiers in Amison in South Somalia has lower GDP per capita , much higher poverty rate than Somalia even after 30 years of war and a lack of a central government.
