- If you don't pray out of laziness, you are not Kaafir
- If you accept Prayer is mandatory but you have weak faith that does not lead to pray, you are not Kaafir
- Iimaan of a muslim can be high or low and their actions will depend on the strength and weakness of that faith in their heart, the stronger it is, the more they observe Islamic prayers etc.

Prominent Companions of the Prophet had the view that not praying does not take you out of Islam.



You can't declare a muslim kaafir at any time without bringing solid proof.
