In the UK especially London we have baloon canister problem. It seems a lot of people under the age of 30 is addicted to this Nitrous Oxide laughing gas and it has paralysed some young people within the Somali community and some even have had stroke.
But this problem is unheard of in the US but you guys seems to have the pill problem where young people are been taking to rehab for addictions to pain killers and some have even died. So how bad is-it?
