I believe the tensions are a lot higher than we are lead to believe. Case in point look at the peaceful region of Somaliland and see the destabilising actives of Muse Biixi. I believe Somaliland is being destabilise by outside forces in the same way Somalia was. I hope level headed Somalis can intervene before things reach boiling point.
