How astronauts will fast and pray in space?

If a day in space is equivalent to 90 minutes, then will the astronaut fast for 45 minutes (half day) in addition to few minutes at dawn, and whether they will break their fast and eat for 45 minutes, representing half a day?

Common sense says is they would follow a certain timezone on the Earth of their choosing, much like people who live close to Earth's polar axis where it can be day for 6 months and night for 6 months.
