Somalia is near the bottom of people with internet access in Africa? Isn't Somalia supposed to be tech savvy (good telecom etc). Meanwhile Kenya is near the top!

How come I come across so many fobs living in Somalia all over the internet (yt comments, twitter, facebook etc)?

that list is fake my brother. puntland has the fastest internet in africa due to the new fibre optic connection. it started in bosaso and its on its way to galkaayo. i dont know if it passed garowe yet. but i pay 40 dollars a month at the 10 mb per second. its better than my internet in canada. in toronto some areas still doesnt have fibre optics. and guess what somtell has just signed a new deal bringing a new fibre optic company to somalia. that will be the second fibre optic installation in somallia.

somalia is a cashless country so everyone is forced to have a cell phone. we are propabbly at 99% cell phone usage higher than america and any other western country
