It could be old Somali, the vowels can make words like Qabuuxad, Qabaxad, qubuuxid, qabiixad etc... Probably a ancient somali word.

I'm not sure, I've always read that it was written right to left. I tried to search the root qbx but couldn't find anything on it, but a meaning in Arabic.

It's probably just a name of a person or place, there's not much out there about the language.
