We can all the areas controlled by the government can vote the only problem is the areas under shabab controll and we can hold elections when we liberate those areas

FMS is a pipe dream. The places that can hold elections at that level (PL, SL, SSC) have mostly done it. Only local elections can occur in the south. If HSM can’t organize elections in banaadir then he should shut up and stop talking about the rest of the country. We all know it’s a ploy to get an extension.

How do you expect a good leader to come out of the election, It all sounds good on paper but will never work. First there needs to be a strong framework.
Somalia has none of that, It will be a rebranded 4.5. Elections need to happen after somalia is fixed.

Which is what kacaan shouldve done instead of pursuing the ogaden war. If you have democracy, even by name. You will be much more respected globally.

You must also pay attention to what was going on in africa, I dont think there is a country that survived their intial 'democracy' they all ended up getting in a coup.
