Of all the Arabs to copy, we chose Yemen.
In defense of Yemen, it has the best history (pre-Islam) of Arabia. They wuz the kangz of Arabia with ancient civilizations.
Just down on their luck the past centuries.
Seems like pay back to me, aren’t the gulf destabilizing Yemen. Saudi is trying to paint Iran as the one destroying Yemen when it’s the Gulf countries doing so

It's shocking how Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Oman are content with a genuine 3rd world warzone as a direct neighbor, it's even more shocking considering they're literally the same people. It's impossible imo to be a first world country with such an unstable neighbor, they should have allowed Yemen to enter the GCC in the 90s and flooded that country with money for at at least 20 years so it can be around Egypt/Morocco level of development.
Yemen is the Koonfur of Arabia. Historically the most civilizationally impressive and agriculture intensive, but now the most troubled and turbulent as well as the most poor to boot in Yemen's case.
