People fail to realise that Somalia is not a country and that project failed a long time ago. Puntland and Somaliland have better governmental infrastructure than the central government in Mogadishu. It makes little sense to have any level of expectation from Mogadishu. Farmaajo and Beileh were accidental over achievements. Somalia today is business as normal.
