It's common in Somalia to forcefully takeover homes but when it's people who fought for Somaliwayn, it's peculiar.

This loot has to be addressed, it effects mogadishu stability and future. The world will not invest a cent where property rights are not protected, they gouge property rights by local conditions and laws. It effects stability cuz I bet the ppl harming mogadishu join any destabilizing group 'weero, shabab, warlord' becuz of their ppl or clans missing property. My maternal family cant get rid of someone from 'elbur' who came in 91 from their 'property', infact he is running a 'scheme' using it for IDP camps and getting $60 dollar per tent, his now expanding to hospital services so he can get money from WHO. Solution make 'hamar' a 'darfur' status with fires and a 'new' capital elsewhere, let the rest of somalis move on, while their sidelined. No reason why we all have to go into al-hawiyah hell, let's contain it to themselves. Keep the 'fire' to south-central somalia, while the rest are becoming jannah.
