Horn African migrants detail treatment in Tunisia

I don’t get why people say this when it comes to African refugees?
If you were born in Somalia or any other Horn African country you would probably want to escape too. There is too much long term engrained corruption that the average person feels completely disenfranchised.
Why the lack of sympathy?
Even if they are taking the easy option of fleeing they should atleast be treated like humans on their journeys.

The most difficult decision most of us Somali diaspora face is picking between Pepsi or Coke and yet we want to judge those in real poverty
