People have been lying about their sex lives. I expected it but would have never imagined it to be this low.
I'd like to see data on picky men/women on these apps who don't give people on their level a chance at relationships because they think they can get better. I think that's the bigger story.
The problem is most of the population does not go on tinder, that app is seen as something for weirdos who can't get girls, most people I know with high body counts know alot of people in real life and either use social media or just know alot of people.
But in reality thats 1% of people, most people just do serial monogamy, which is like 1 year or 2 year relationships constantly.
Hookup culture definetly exists but only with some people, the average person will not engage in it and most likely have 1 or 2 girlfriends a year.
Also there is a specific hoe phase in some ppls lives where they may have 10 sexual partners in 1 year but after that they calm down and don't do it anymore
most deifntly people lie about their sex lives, they are insecure and this society values sexual partners so its a bunch of people lying about how many girls they have had.
In general when we talk about hookup culture, we are talking about a specific group of people who are in a specific point of their lives, namely h0es or womanizers in their late teens early 20s. most people after that quit this lifestyle.
