Hilib adhi is very nice when made properly. I would take it over chicken anyway, laakin shard, the adhi must not be old with high mileage, the meat will be too hard. The young ones taste best

Back home on Eid they killed a goat that had a lot of fat and fried the goat with the fat not oil or anything and definitely NOT boil it. It was just heavenly.
