The youth lack talent however there are multiple reasons. The football association made couple of blunders resulting into three coaches in less than three years. Also the Eredivisie is maybe the biggest victim of the big money in football. Our talented youth are sold at a young age and end up as a bench warmer for Chelsea, city or United. They make a transfer to the PL without dominating the Eredivisie for few seasons. Depay is a good example of a wasted talent.
