Yeah lot of brown and even black haired Germans, especially in southern Germany, Austria and the German speaking part of Switzerland.

Hitler certainly didn't look like this pure Aryan

Aryans or the original Indo-Europeans came from Southern Ukraine and weren't even blond haired but a mix of blond and brown haired people.

Blond hair in Europeans comes from a mutation that happened in the northern Baltic region. This is why Finland and Estonia (non-Aryan/non-Indo-European) has the most blond hair in the world.

The Germanic language family comes from prehistoric Romania, lol.
