Look at this weasel. One minute he's putting Puntland up as sacrificial lamb the next minute he's talking about what is in the interests of Puntland.
This is the state of daroodism, held together by contradictions, lies and delusion.
Somaliland recognition is just announcing the death of daroodism, practically it's already dead, move on.
The interest of Harti is being unified. If Isaaq are willing to unite under one flag what stops Dhulos from doing the same. It doesn't make sense for PL to bankroll an FGS Proxy maamul that claims Sanaag which PL held local administration in 2023. Cleary they can't fight Isaaq on their own plus Samaaroon & Ciise. The logical conclusion is PL.I think Isaaq are at a fundemental disadvantage vs Harti going forward. It is in the interest of Harti to not have peace with Isaaq while the demographic wind is at our back. Lenin once said "You probe with bayonets: if you find mush, you push. If you find steel, you withdraw". I realized that Somaliland is more mushy than I thought. Damac weyn baa i galay run ahaanti.

In theory Puntland was built as a successor state to Somalia, not on these cheap hillbilly qabyalad sentiment like āharti unityā or āharti wa hartiā. The constitution makes it explicitly clear. The interest of Harti is being unified. If Isaaq are willing to unite under one flag what stops Dhulos from doing the same. how can u hate ur fellow Isaaq with such a contemt and then promoting the greatness of Somalia arenāt isaaaq part of Somalia i thought the isaaq were irrational with their secessionist attempt but i see now maybe they have appoint I mean if u hate them so much how can we re unify the country halka aad u wax wadid maan fahmin u should instead promote the brotherhood of Isaaq and harti and darood with their fellow countrymen mise ana walaan tallowI think Isaaq are at a fundemental disadvantage vs Harti going forward. What if puntland breaks away from Mogadishu then what. As it looks like if hsm or another hawiye returns back to xalane we shall see more puntland first what then what if khatumo makes peace and decides to join Somaliland what is then the alt

I agree with the former prime minister..I would prefer that they accept federalism and become a FMS. If they refuse, the country will be unified by force. Waa lays maquuninayaa. That is how countries secure their territorial integrity, through force of arms. The Isaaq understand this when they talk about how they want to get to Yoocada by force.
Azerbaijan vs Armenia, Nigeria vs Biafra, Sri Lanka vs LTTE etc.. You build a strong army and you wage war until the enemy is defeated. This can take one year or decades.
That is how modern states think. Peace is overrated when your territorial sovereignty is in question. Listen to the former PM of Somalia make this point.
Give me a break, PL is no where near a successor state. No unified army, no proper police & no real judicial system. In theory Puntland was built as a successor state to Somalia, not on these cheap hillbilly qabyalad sentiment like āharti unityā or āharti wa hartiā. The constitution makes it explicitly clear.
Puntlands guiding ideology isnāt Hartinimo, itās a democratic state, accountable government, prosperity, like Somalia was envisioned to be. hence why I say itās a successor state in waiting.
PL is not fighting for Harti waqooyi if they're not under the PL flag. Why would PL spend resources on another maamul's territory. You gotta be realistic, Ceerigaabo is an isaaq town. They've completely took over post 93 heshiish. They now even occupy Jiidali and the newly built tuulo Dhoob between Carmale and Ardaa. For the last 3 decades Harti waqooyi in that district preferred SL to PL. This little skirmish will pass.I would prefer that they accept federalism and become a FMS.
